"Decent shoes, but a bit disappointed overall"
The shoes were a fair price and the quality was actually better than I expected, to be honest. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. I was just a bit disappointed because they didn’t quite look as good in person as I’d hoped. Still, for what I paid, I can’t complain too much. I’d probably use elevateyoursole.co again if I saw another pair I really liked

I thought the shoes looked good in person, but for me they felt just a little smaller than I expected. I’d probably go a half size up if I bought them again. They’re not bad overall, just a bit annoying when the fit isn’t quite right

"Shoes Arrived Fine, Just a Bit Slow"
Delivery took longer than I was expecting, not like it was a huge problem, but I kept checking because the updates were kind of sparse. The shoes did arrive in good condition in the end, so that part was fine. I just wish they’d been a little better about letting me know what was going on.

I found the site easy to use overall. Nothing too confusing, and I was able to find what I needed without much hassle. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected. And on mobile, some parts weren’t totally clear. Not terrible. Just a little clunky in spots. It got the job done, but I’ve definitely used smoother shopping sites...

"Fit better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure how these were going to feel in my shoes, especially because I was worried they might make them feel too tight. But they fit fine in my everyday trainers. After walking around for a bit, they kind of settled in and felt natural, if that makes sense. No rubbing or sliding around, which was the main thing I was concerned about. Happy with them so far.

I managed to order the wrong size, because apparently checking properly was too much to ask of me that day. Had to send them back, but to be fair, the return info on the site was actually clear and I didn’t have to chase anyone, which is always a nice change. Posted them back on Monday and got an email a few days later saying the refund had been sorted. The money showed up in my bank quickly after that too. it was all very straightforward, which shouldn’t feel impressive but somehow does. I’d use elevateyoursole.co.uk again — no stress, no drama.

They felt comfortable right away and looked nice, so I was happy at first. After a few weeks, though, the edges started wearing down more than I expected. They’re still usable, but for the price I thought they’d be a bit more durable. I also wish the instructions or care tips had been clearer, since maybe that would’ve helped them last longer. Overall, average.

I got these mostly for the arch support, and they do help a little. They feel better than the insoles I usually use, but I was hoping they’d be more comfortable for long days on my feet. After a few hours, my feet were still tired. They’re not bad, just kind of average for me
